http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lynching
Quote:
Lynching is extrajudicial punishment carried out by a mob, usually by hanging in order to intimidate, control, or otherwise manipulate a population of people, however large or small. It is related to other means of social control that arise in communities, such as charivari, riding the rail, and tarring and feathering. Lynchings were more frequent in times of social and economic tension, and often were means by the politically dominant population to oppress social challenges.

Violence in the United States against African Americans, especially in the South, rose in the aftermath of the American Civil War, after slavery had been abolished and recently freed black men were given the right to vote. Violence rose even more at the end of the century, after southern white Democrats regained political power in the South in the 1870s. States passed new constitutions or legislation which effectively disenfranchised most blacks and many poor whites, established segregation of public facilities by race, and separated blacks from common public life and facilities.

A hanging isn't necessarily a lynching--Therian is obviously extremely racist, I just made that comment because I hope that he gets what's coming to him.

You hate the word nigger? How about nigger whore, or white cracker slut, or how about blood sucking Hymie's, how about calling a black man who was murdered and burned to a crisp a sellout cracker bitch? How about calling white female victims who had their faces slashed by violent black criminals lying white whores. How about then falsely accusing their husbands of doing it? Is inciting violence against Jews and causing their deaths bad, is it racist? The list could go on and on. And this very cock sucking hypocritical racist fuck is considered a "friend" by our president, he has visited the white house on several occasions. Our negro pres. has even stated that he has always supported this mans national action network. And of course Obama and friend are not racist.

Can you imagine if any white running for public office, regardless of political affiliation stated that they have always been friends with a group and its founder that called blacks nigger whores, concocted false stories and testimony to falsely accuse and ruin the careers of blacks, and incite violence which resulted in many deaths and then call the victims nigger white cracker sellouts. Why hasn't Obama been held to a standard of every other politician? Why hasn't the media called him out on being affiliated with this murderous, blatantly racist fuck? Because he too is a negro, and the bar is set far lower.

I didn't make the assertion, someone else did. However, you poid made the other assertions and i asked you to back them up. A wikipedia article is far from authoritative. You could have written it yourself. Give me usa justice dept stats and the breakdown. What they do is mix white stats with hispanic and black stats with oriental or other groups. That raises the white crime rate and lowers the black rate. But only by juggling statistics.

I don't care who believes it or not. Before they started hiding the stats it showed about a 10 to 1 ratio between black and white. The other guy said 50 times but that is a little exaggerated. Even the 10 to 1 is only for major crime. Believe whatever you want, you will anyway. You have been brainwashed since birth and little things like facts will not change that.

Sharp growth in illegal immigration and increased enforcement of immigration laws have altered the ethnic composition of offenders sentenced in federal courts. In 2007, Latinos accounted for 40% of all sentenced federal offenders-more than triple their share (13%) of the total U.S. adult population. The share of all sentenced offenders who were Latino in 2007 was up from 24% in 1991, according to an analysis of data from the United States Sentencing Commission (USSC) by the Pew Hispanic Center, a project of the Pew Research Center. Moreover, by 2007, immigration offenses represented nearly one-quarter (24%) of all federal convictions, up from just 7% in 1991. Among those sentenced for immigration offenses in 2007, 80% were Hispanic.

This heightened focus on immigration enforcement has also changed the citizenship profile of federal offenders. In 2007, Latinos without U.S. citizenship represented 29% of all federal offenders. Among all Latino offenders, some 72% were not U.S. citizens, up from 61% in 1991. By contrast, a much smaller share of white offenders (8%) and black offenders (6%) who were sentenced in federal courts in 2007 were not U.S. citizens.

Among sentenced immigration offenders, most were convicted of unlawfully entering or remaining in the U.S. Fully 75% of Latino offenders sentenced for immigration crimes in 2007 were convicted of entering the U.S. unlawfully or residing in the country without authorization.

Hispanics who were convicted of any federal offense were more likely than non-Hispanics to be sentenced to prison. But among all federal offenders sentenced to prison, Hispanics were also more likely than blacks or whites to receive a shorter prison term.

This report examines the ethnic, racial and citizenship status of sentenced offenders in federal courts. It is important to note that the federal courts represent a relatively small share of the overall criminal justice system in the United States. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, in 2004 only 6% of all offenders sentenced for a felony were sentenced in a federal court; the remainder were sentenced in a state court.

The data for this report are from the United States Sentencing Commission's Monitoring of Federal Criminal Sentences data files for fiscal years 1991 through 2007. These files contain information on all federal court cases in which an offender was sentenced.

From Hispanics commit 4 times more crime than whites in New York City:
Quote:
Hispanics commit 4 times more crime than whites in New York City

September 19, 2008 by guywhite

I don’t think that the statistics below will come as a surprise to anyone except the most delusional leftists.

But the reason I posted this is to show that Hispanics do indeed commit much more crime than whites, which is relevant for federal crime statistics which lump whites and Latinos in the same category.

There are about 34% more whites than Hispanics in New York City, and yet the latter commit more than 3 times as many homicides. The per capita Hispanic homicide rate is about 4 times (400%) higher than the white rate. There’s no reason to believe that this is an aberration. Statistics from other cities show the same thing.

When looking at federal crime statistics, you should take this into consideration when dealing with the “white” crime rate. About half of the so-called “white” crime rate, as counted by the federal government, is actually committed by the Latinos.

Of the 244 murders between Jan. 1 and June 30 this year, 64.8% of the victims were black, records showed. Hispanics accounted for 23.4% of the victims, whites 7.4% and Asians 4.5%.

Using NYPD stats, the homicide rate per 1 million in population was 81.1 for blacks and 6.3 for whites.

Among murder arrests, blacks accounted for 64.9%, Hispanics 27.2%, whites 7.3% and Asians less than 1%.

    -

The statistics did not match crime victims with their tormentors. Anecdotally, police officers said black and Hispanic victims tend to be attacked by black and Hispanic criminals.

The racial tallies bear little resemblance to the ethnic makeup of New York City: 34.8% white, 27.6% Hispanic and 23.7% black, 2006 Census data shows.

poid, your own data verifies what i said about hispanic rates being higher. Last time i looked into the official crime data trying to find black vs white rates, i found that they mingled whites with hispanics without breaking them down to each. This obviously raises the apparent white crime rate making the difference between black and white rates look less. It is not less but it looks less.

Why should whites and hispanics be lumped together?

And as far as convincing a leftist of anything, i've learned long ago it can't be done. No amount of facts changes what they "know". They know it because the media told them so. You have already proven my point though no doubt those stats were themselves massaged to give the desired results.

OT but the jobless rate is much higher than the official 10% or whatever nonsense they give. They leave out many groups to arrive at that figure. Just for example they leave out those who have given up looking for work. Aren't they unemployed? Not according to your wonderful govt. They count those working part time while they look for a real job as employed. Those whose unemployment has run out are not considered unemployed either.

Wasn't it orwell who predicted the "ministry of truth" would put out the lying propaganda? What is it they call it now?

Every time i look for the stats they hide them even more. If any of you wiseacres could find them you would have posted it here. That proves my point that they make a big secret out of it. Years ago you could find black and white plus hispanic etc crime stats. But now its politically explosive so they conceal the info. Last time i was able to find anything it lumped whites in with hispanics which is a nifty little trick to conceal the truth. I just went and looked and could only find the stats for states and cities. If anyone can find the info post it here. I cant be bothered to spend all day looking for a needle in a haystack.

So if there are no records, its up to me to prove it?

No, it's up to you to provide evidence for the claims which you made, especially when you've been asked to do so several times.

Therefore, if you folks claim those records do exist, its up to you to show them. The fact no one can do it speaks volumes.

Are you talking about crime statistics? Didn't I already show you some of those?

It's one thing to simply enjoy a style of life that one enjoys, but it's another thing altogether to refer to another person's choice as "wrong" or to rationalize their behavior as being pathological or resulting from some sort of inadequacy or failing so as to create a sense of superiority or separation as yet another projection of a personal fear or control issue.

My advice is to find those things that give pleasure and do them often without too much attachment and relax and wait for the show to end.

I like free markets and all. Truly I do, at least in general, but there needs to be some kind of oversight in recognition of sustainability. Life works the same way, on a bunch of sustainable systems. Why not honor what made us what we are and take some lessons? Nature FTW!
