are fucking awesome! I'm a wmp user but recently checked out Winamp and now I understand where the "Win" is in Winamp.:awebig:

I also think that original winamp skin sucks bawls but I figured that you can change it. Now it looks cool.

winamp is the ultimate player for music and milkdrop is absolutely fantastic
3 weeks ago me and my friends threw a party and projected milkdrop on a big wall.. mostly grateful dead, jefferson airplane, the doors and os mutantes til the morning came
i caught myself some times like almost walking through the wall on 2 hits of acid :trippinballs:

Every time someone brings this up I feel obligated to point out that Milkdrop comes with a built-in Shroomery preset, and give a shoutout to Rovastar who snuck that little tribute into the millions of copies of Winamp worldwide. :bow:

Dude, nice job! I just picked up a personal copy. That is, for lack of a better term, some trippy shit right there. Wonder how I missed the original thread. Anyway it's great to see there's still work being done on visualizations. Too bad it doesn't run on my laptop, guess it's time to upgrade. :grin:

:smile: :blush: Thanks for the kind words. I was Rovastar before I came here and strangly the name was already taken hence the Rovastar2......

The shroomery is full of interesting people. :smile:

It should still be included with Winamp but they did remove some in a recent update. I'll check and have to get it added in again. All my time has been focused on new stuff and I haven't done much Milkdrop stuff for some time now.

Thanks for the support people. It is nice to know people like it.

There are only a few people I know making visualizations but we intend on doing it for a while yet.

A few friends and I have these little garage raves from time to time, and I own a projector so I project Milkdrop and the floor or wall and it's a really nice effect. When the fog machine is on, it's twice as amazing.
