Dislocation

So I was apparently resisting arrest and somewhere throughout this scuffle I got tossed on the ground and sme kind of chicken wing choke out hold was put on me and dislocated my arm. Someone told me I can pull on it to get it back where it belongs but ive decided just to wait it out.But its been 2 weeks or so. And it still hurts when i turn it a certain way or put any kind of pushing kind of pressure on it.
How do I solve this problem without fucking up my arm even more? I dont wanna spend no money for a doctor or nothing if i can do it myself

doesn't sound dislocated to me, if it was you wouldn't be able to move it, and you would be in the kind of pain that you wouldn't put up with for 2 weeks.

go do a friggen doctor man!! it might be a sprain though and will just take some time, i think the second guy is right, dislocation would be superbly painful
