let me edit this by saying that if the cops are desperate on making a bust, they can and WILL bust you, which means openly asking to score drugs by naming them off, which theoretically is against the law, they can't solicit you to do anything illegal, but more likely the reality is they WILL solicit you to do illegal things, then bust you for it, so always be careful ESPECIALLY at festivals

just dont bring any bad vibes around and you will have nothing to worry about. its the assholes that bring the nitrous tanks that are looking for trouble that get busted, not some kid tryin to score a couple cheese hits

but op, as far as getting busted, it's rare that a cop will be selling to bust people, but it can happen.  if you're not selling, you're pretty much clear.  sometimes they will bust smokers, but it's not that common
