I got charged a while back for being drunk in my own house. Never convicted me I wonder if it stays on your record in Kansas.

I know in Florida this is 100% the case, also in South/North Carolina, and really everywhere that I can see. when you have a pending charge it still shows up on a background check. I'd assume it'd be up to whomever was issuing the background check to determine whether or not you flunked.

HOw much did you have on you to catch a felony? YOu should try like accept a con or something like it. THey will help you find a job with a charge. Also unless you have been formerly charged it wont show up.

it wasn't the amount, it was because it was bagged out (fucking stupid i know). by the time i got popped i prob had around a half O left.. but they weigh each bag of course
