Felony is dismissed!

Ooh, i'm excited. I'm finally free of my felony charge for possession of 2.4 grams of mushrooms. Possession of Dangerous Controlled Substance, they called it. Fuckers.

Now, i just need to wait 'till July 5th for the misdemeanor possession of xanax(which is actually dangerous) and marijuana(a roach) to be dismissed. After that date, oh i'll be smoking my beautiful mary jane once again.

Oh, btw i'm getting out of it with a clean record.

congrats.

I wonder how many people only stay clean for their probation period. I don't believe that system truly "rehabilitates" people. Which is why they should only focus on drugs that are actually addictive (coke, meth, heroin, etc) and leave shrooms and weed weel enough alone.

I know 5 or 6 people that just got off probation for cannabis, are still on, or get off within the next month. All of them continue to smoke.

I had a similar charge, me and a friend were out selling soap as crack in the ghetto, and we got pulled over.
They charged me for my gun (misdameanor in Texas as long as you arent a felon) which wasnt a big deal but then they tried to give us something similar to "manufacturing a similated narcotic" which i'd never heard of but it was a state jail felony worth up to 2 years in prison.
They dropped the felony and I did 2 days time served on the gun plus court costs and the state keeps the gun.
Feels fucking great to walk out of that courtroom with no paperwork or legal ties.

so why are herb (dreid oregano, etc) and salt factories legal?

I assume thats why the court dropped it.

How the narc explained it (they had some narc come ask us a shitload of questions, I was like "I got my "drugs" from walgreens, you can check there if you wanna meet big dealers I guess") is that if you package anything at all, for sale as drugs, or intend to sell it as drugs, its that.
But they did admit they were confused and didnt know what to do, at one point they even said they wouldve let us just go if I didnt have the gun. Which I began to regret taking.

Imitation CDS (controlled dangerous substance) has been a law on the books for a long time. People have been getting arrested for it, mostly high school and grade school kids, for as long as i can remember. Last news story i read involved some middle school girls who brought in parsely and played it off as weed, got narced on, and subsequently got arrested.

In short, selling fake drugs is just as bad as selling real drugs.

I just got off probation officially on 4/30/07. 18 months and I quit smoking off and on sweating the whole time. I failed several tests and had to take a bunch of classes as a result.

I'm free now and there's a shit load of festivals I'll be sure to attend this year. Finally!

Ya, thats the reason i completely quit smoking, i was on a tight program. If i failed a drug test then it would extend the time i was on it greatly. And now that that program is over and i'm just on misdemeanor probation, i'm not gonna smoke because its so near the end.

I know plenty of people on probation who smoke all they want, they also know exactly when their tests are.

I'm throwing a big pot party the first saturday i'm off. I'm getting QP of good shwag for the guests, a half of some high grade stuff for friends, and i have some hash that i'm gonnna clear out myself. We're gonna have pot brownies, cookies, spagetti(by someone who knows their cooking), and some sort of THC laced alcohol concoction(i'm not to sure of this one).

I'll be sure to post some pics.
