your mugshot should be online at your county's department of corrections site.  it'll be on the same page as the list of your charges, arrest & booking date, etc

your clean record will be a big help, and your cooperation with the cops... a decent lawyer should be able to plead you down to a misdemeanor... hope it works out, sounds like you have a good attitude about it

just goes to show, you can never be too careful. i've been accused of being over-cautious, but man, fuckin cops suck

The smell of weed could these days. It wouldn't surprise me. Regardless of whether they're supposed to, they're going to bust you if they smell it at your door if they believe they can get away with it. The best thing to do would be not open the door. Say you're sick, naked, have a no open door policy...whatever but do not open the door, period unless they have a warrant.
