So they gave you the choice of freedom and visiting them once a month, or being locked up for a month?  So you chose being locked up because "you let no one dictate my life."  So correct me if I'm wrong:  You chose to have your freedom taken away from you for a month instead of opting to take your freedom and visiting them once a month?  Sounds like you took the shit end of that deal.

i may have gotten the shitty end of the stick, but that is to be expected, when your dealimg with Indiana's judicial system. but the point here is, i chose, jail. not them. and i would have had to pay them to be on probation. instead i made them pay for me to be in jail. its all about degrading the system. i like to cost them money. besides, i got to be a dick daily to the arresting pig. he passed through the jail, every day. and don't think for a second that i didn't spend some quality time telling him what a dick he is. i did it every day. if everyone would do this, and stop giving them money.we could bank rupt there pathetic war on drugs. I'm in it for the battle.

You're worried about going to jail.  I'd say that makes you more of a bitch than getting fucked.  See the problem here is that you're already a bitch of the system.  You have to report in.  You are court ordered to pass your drug tests.  That makes you a bitch to the system.  Enjoy!

ya well I'm willing to do the time for any crime i do, but ill be dam, if I'm going to cooperate, any  way, with the system. and their is no way, I'm going to let a probation officer, tell me what to do 12 times a year. and pay them for it. they can get fucked. ill do my time.

Just think though for that 30 days you were in jail you could have been participating in orgies, going to concerts, loads of drugs man whatever the fuck u wanted too. 

Yeah uh huh occifer I didn't do any drugs and I goez to work everyday give me my cup and i'll be on my way.  12 times a year doesn't seem that bad compared to sacrificing 30 whole days of being locked up in a cage sleeping on a slab of concrete, eating shit food and being surrounded by the scum off the streets. 

I don't think that doing drugs is a crime so I'm not doing time for fucking anybody.......

I guess that all depends on how far away he lives.  And to those of you who said use someone elses piss, that usually doesn't work for court ime because they have someone watch you.

It's prolly different in every state.  Probation in ohio they don't look at your dick but I've heard that if your on parole they do.  I don't give a fuck if I have to drive 12 hours once a month.  Fuck living like a rat that shits just retarded

I agree it probably varies from state to state, I've been in trouble in IN twice and they have a mirror propped at 45 degree angle at the top of the wall so they can see you, they even got a dude with a whizzinator, but I have successfully used stat flush on a couple of occasions because I was being stubborn about quitting.  You have to think of the cost of driving, if you got hit in IN and were from Cali, that's a lot of gas money, I got a Dui and was strongly considering just doing the 90 days because I already knew all the hoops I was gonna have to jump through to get the shit over with, mainly being the money that was gonnna be shelled out.  But I really don't know how they would handle a case like that where you live so far away.  I'm sure back in the day before they had a nation wide network you could just skip out and avoid the state all together for a long long time.

90 days... that must have been your 3rd or 4th.  I stopped fucking around after my second.  Actually it would be my first because my very first one wasn't even my fault.  It's just not worth it they screw you royally in every way imaginable.  I had to sell my dirt bike to pay fines on the first one and had to sell my car to pay the fines and lawyer fees on the second one.  Bunch of bullshit

No it was actually my first. Had I really stepped up to the judge and said that I wanted to do my time it might've been less, but as it stood I was charged with Dui and endangering another person, which made it a class A misdemeanor, which was 180 do 90, had I not had anyone with me it would have been a class C which was 60 do 30.

Ive clearly stated that it was indiana, and its not mandatory that is just if you want to do the time and avoid going to drug and alcohol, classes one to three times a week depending on your priors, and aa twice a week. And ya if you get popped in IN, do not go to Hamilton Center for your rehab education, that institution sucks balls, they are an offshoot of the nazi regime, find and alternative, I went to cummins behavioral health my second time but I had to request it.

lol indiana... when I was there a trooper caught me right before I got into ohio.  Rolling stop, no turn signal and going 15 over the speed limit.  She was pissed as hell but somehow I talked my way out of it and she let me go with only a warning.:thumbup:

I hate Ohio but I've always hated Indiana with a passion.  Only time I needed to go to Indiana was to hit up Rainbow Palace in Ft. Wayne and to watch Religulous which wasn't playing locally.  Yeah I drove 1 1/2 just to get there and it was worth it.

I did more time for smoking weed, a paraphernalia ticket actually.
No prior charges.

DUI's are serious shit, you can fucking kill someone.
Three DUI's in my state is like automatically 5 years in prison. Not county jail.

The legal system is so god damned retarded.
A non violent pot smoker gets locked away for 60 days (20 at first, then 40 after failing UA's)

Compared to my soon to be former state that is like nazi germany is all im saying.  Shit ass ohio, 1st offense 3 days, 2nd 10 days then 3rd is like 30 or 60minimum.

I agree that habitual offenders should get the book thrown at them.  It's fucking stupid in ohio though u can drink 2 beers and be legally intoxicated. LOL give me a fuckin break.  It's not a big deal for me as I don't drink often anyways.
