There's no REAL justice

Justice, like any idea, is relative.  It only exists as we perceive it to exist...
As it happens, the United States government has developed a system of so called "justice".  In this court system, the overall goal is to serve justice. 

Knowing that the court's purpose is to enforce law and establish justice, I must call forth the question of why justice seems to not be a priority. 

Drug users and sellers end up in prison, and murderers with good lawyers end up free and clean.  People who kill those that have no value to the American government (homeless) are never caught.  Investigations are never completed, or started.

Where the hell is justice in our justice system?  Why don't we strip that hippocratic name away and give a better suited name, more likely pertaining to greed and money... and the absence of justice?

Seriously, if I killed a homeless person today I would get away with it because the government doesn't REALLY care if I murder someone.  :backstab:

The problem is there wasn't anything even close to what we have now when the United states was formed so stop crying it better then what could have been. Sure it sucks and is flawed in so many wars it can make one go mad but its the best their is at the moment. Join the congress and change it.

Uhhh... I'm pretty sure that no one shares my hate for our "justice" system.  I'm trying... desperately trying... to convey that our justice system is in no way going to be changed.  Laws may change, but the money behind those laws never brings justice to those without.

Sure but would you rather live elsewhere where if you get snagged doing something wrong you are fucked for life? Cutting off hands, dicks, jailed for life over stupid shit. Atleast with ours you have a chance to fight, its hope more then you will find else where.

Alright, I see your point.  But I'm not comparing the flaws of our system  to the flaws of another.  I'm simply pointing our how fucked up our justice system is.

It is certainly not justice for someone to kill a poor person and get away with it.  That is in no way "Justice for All"

True, but the American Judicial system states that justice is NOT subjective.  It is predetermined by law.

And yet, as I have previously stated, if I were to go out and kill a homeless person (which is illegal), nothing would happen to me.

What I'm trying to say is that the Government law is just a temporary setup to keep in order a certain society. There is a universal law, in which being a murderer is no fun- at least in the long run.

The problem isn't our system, its people, people are just fucked up.  Try not to take life so seriously, just try to have a good experience here.
