Portobella culture

I was picking up some supplies at a local greenhouse and they had these commercial Portobello/portobella grow kits for $10. I?ve never seen them and I decided, what the hell, and I went ahead and picked one up. Basically, it was colonized substrate in a plastic bag (they used hay for spawn) that I case (casing appears to be peat moss, probably other things too) and then wait for the ?Mushrooms to Appear Like Magic!? So I cased and what not and I?m just awaiting mature fruits. My question, how do I continue cultivation after they flush out? I mean, can I take a print from these and begin that way? Should I do a live tissue transfer to grain? (I don?t have agar)
Honestly, I have absolutely no experience with this species, but I am definitely interested in continued cultivation with it. I do have experience with growing and cultivation in general, but again, I am completely clueless as to how to continue this culture. Any help or suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Be Well,
Jim
Edit* All my prior experience is with cubes, which have been very successful. I enjoy the hobby too thoroughly to limit myself to only these species. I'm looking to broaden my horizons in a large way with edibles. I hear Ralphster has good cultures, I'll have to look in to that. Anyone suggest any other reliable vendors for edibles? Good to have options

i put the whole kit in my glove box then removed some of the dryed up mycelium and placed it in a large jar of pasterized straw.
It seems to be going ok as its growing. But in hindsight maybe i should have used grain not straw as it would be easyer to spawn the container once this has run out.

Cool...I'll just transfer some of it to grain. Thanks!
