it's something I read in a book or online,  I don't remember exactly, but I am certain that that is what you're supposed to do.

Supposedly, the energy of the moonstone, when channeled through some sort of energy point on the left pinky, can quiet down a moon sign which is in disagreement with your sun sign.

My moon is in opposition with my sun, and it causes me problems, so I tried this, and i wear a giant moonstone on my left pinky finger, it seems to work.

Then again,  it could by psychsomatic, but who knows, its a pretty stone anyways.

where could one find his birth chart and moon sign and sun sign? i like having too much energy, but sometimes it works against me because i have random bursts of energy at the wrong time like when im trying to sleep lol.

i just googled "birth chart, and your Moon Sign  sun sign" and picked the first one. very cool and deeper understandings of yourself in there.
