where would one find spiritual crystals?

My Friend has recently opened my mind to metaphysical energy and feeling the energy of other objects. i still have so much to learn but what i have noticed is that crystals have very strong energies. Where could one go about finding some crystals?

Any naturally occurring crystal has energy, different crystals coincide with the different chakras. Check jewelry and specialty stores, things like amethyst crystals.

I've heard crystals will come to you, and they also have the ability to phase in and out of dimension... in other words your crystal may go missing and magically reappear in a few months. I myself found a small quartz crystal in the middle of a parking lot on my college campus. I thought I put it in my room, but I can't find it for the life of me! :laugh:

Go to a psychic faire or a wellness expo...you're sure to run into some crystals.  There's one in Fort Worth at the end of this month I am going to.

A rock and crystal store might be in your area too. 

But I agree, the best crystals just appear.

Go out & pull one out of the earth with your own hands!

All states have crystals of various types naturally occurring. Often within an hour of any given location. If you want to divulge any location information I may be able to tell you more specifically.

Wait until you birth one from the elemental abode in which it has resided for millenia,  or from its glacial/riverine path of travel!

i havent really tried many chemical crystals, MDMA and tabs of LSD the the most common for me to find, what other chemical crystals would you recommend i try?

i'd never heard this.

i have a small piece of polished rose quartz on my meditation table and i have no idea where it came from!!!

my other crystals were gifts.

Check out a store called "Rocks Of Ages"  Mary has a good selection of a variety of things.  She vends @ various festivals as well as runs a store out of her home in Northern MD.  I believe you should be able to google the name of the company & find a website for contact info as well.

I've stumbled upon every crystal I have while out in the mountains.
I don't refine them, I let them be.

I should probably begin a "catch and release" style practice where I rotate which crystal I have at any given time. No need to hoard.

Yep, often more completely intact and spectacular specimens occur in situ, within vugs (cavities in rock where crystals form), or exposed in abandoned mines/quarries. 

Though river gravels, soil can provide productive digging locations depending on where you are. In particularly rich areas of mineral deposit you can find nice stuff sitting right on the surface.

Most spiritual/magickal/metaphysical type stores would carry them. If you live in an area where there aren't these kinds of stores, you could always buy some off the intarwebs or go digging/hunting for your own. Good luck!

I've been searching for clear quartz points in CA for years and I've found everything but.
I know of a specific location near death valley that's loaded with Smoky Quartz.

My Mom had a dream of my brother who died last month. The first thing she said to him was "Did you see Jesus?"

i'm not a very big fan of buying things that come from the earth such as crystals marijuana mushrooms cotton etc. if it comes from the earth then it should be free, but if its man made then there should be a trade for it not necessarily having to buy something. I still don't get the whole money thing like trading is so much better i hate how everybody relies on money to get them through life, you should have to rely on your basic survival skills instead of money to get by in life. but of course thats only this mans view on life.

In all seriousness though, if you do your birth chart, and your Moon Sign is either in opposition or square to your sun sign, i would prescribe wearing a moonstone on your left pinky finger.

also, opal possess a lot of energy.

also,  if you have too much energy I would wear moss agate to balance yourself out.

also,  the romans/greeks wore amethyst to prevent drunkness and increased liqour tolerance.

those are some random factoids, i know off the top of my head. i wear a lot of stones.
