They're both likely to prevent cancer. Likely is so general you can't compare two likelys. likely : likely . which one is better? Don't know cause they both only likely prevent cancer.

I say this without fully researching green tea just reading those articles

Most likely for me?

The ganja.
Only because I toke all the time, but the only tea I really enjoy is a nice masala chai-- don't think many health benefits from that.

I really don't think enough research has been done [atleast with ganja, not sure how green tea research is going] before any actual decision can be made though.
