It isn't that simple. 'Roids are common and tend to leave bright red, scant blood. Occult blood, and other types of internal bleeding, are more likely to be dark and tarry in appearance. If you are young, it is unlikely that the sight of bright red blood is from your sigmoid colon; it is probably the result of a 'roid. But if you are in your 40s, then you should most definately get it checked out. Besides, they give you cool stuff like fentanyl and versed at the same time before they ram rod you. Heck, you might even get ramrodded while listening to techno.

Annal fissure maybe but much less likely than a 'roid. And there is no gross bleeding, so there isn't much to worry about.

You gotta fix your diet and buy a large pack of butt wipes for now. Take it easy on your anus, don't wipe too much with dry tp, do not strain, do not try to force shit out, do not get all stopped up from opiates, eat fiber, stay well hydrated, and don't ignore urges to defecate.

This is most often caused by what are called "fractures" OP(i'm not kidding). It's just a small tear you get on your sphincter from wiping too hard, or by shitting too hard.
