I just made a bunch of posts on SA this evening, then switched tabs to check my facebook profile. I got a really odd feeling, as my internet persona and 'reality' completely changed. Does anyone else on here have a completely different life on facebook? I'm sure its very common here, but what a strange phenomenon. I couldn't imagine what my 'friends' on facebook would make of my other exploits. Not to mention my porn viewing. I wonder if this is partially the reason I often have anxiety...living more than one life.

back in my day, we didnt have no facebook profiles, in my day, we'd just bring the girl over to the house after auntie goes to bed.  you get a six packer of PBR for a buck twofive in them days.  we just put on a marvin gaye record, sip the pabst, and whisper sweet in the girls ear..."lets get it on"

Its just one of those interesting things you know? putting side by side a number of shroomery profiles next to their facebook/myspace profiles. two different people, but neither is the real thing. Just an interesting illustration that shows we are rarely our true self.
