you can find the timer you are looking for at any well stocked hydroponic store. check your local indoor gardening center or check the web to mail order one.
I've been looking for one too, the best I could find was 12 on 12 off setting per day. I hooked my ultrasonic up to this, so it's on for half an hour, off for half etc. and it works great. I've got pins now and the humidity is 98%. I would like one with a little more control though. Try looking in gardening stores and hydro like BaldCuban mentioned. Places that deal with automatic irrigation also sell them, pretty $$$$ though.

I see the 15-minute interval timers everwhere, for much less than FP's. Try hardware stores, other Radio Shacks.. Anywhere that sells christmas light probably has a couple timers, worth checking out.
