Reocurring Dreams

Hey Shroomery,

I was in a major car accident about five months ago after hitting the railing on the highway at a very high speed. I believe it was a miracle that I am still here today, by the grace of god. (Try not flaming me on that one.) My dreams since then have been fine and dandy, but I have begun to notice every once in a while I will have a dream of me in a car hitting things then waking up. I just woke up from another one of these type of dreams, and it was the first time I was somewhat frightened. Does that mean there is something I need to resolve?

What should I do to get this out of my subconscious so I can stop dreaming about it? Any advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like you have mild PTSD

Lots of driving without crashing will probably weaken the imprinting over time. Trying to relive the experience either sober or with help of some weed, E or real psychedelics apparently also works very well. Just be prepared for some nasty stuff to come out. Guilt, panic attacks etc.
