Does anybody regularly experience lucid dreams? How do you realize you are in a dream and then once you have what are the crazy things you like to do?

Hey, I'm in no way a master of this but I've gotten pretty good. One thing I do that almost always will set off a lucid dream is if you set an alarm clock to wake you up right as you would be enter REMs. Dont set it to the buzzer that is to harsh, but if you set it to a jazz station it should be good. Once you wake up, if you were dreaming, you will realize you were in a dream. And as you re-enter the dream is usually lucid. I rememeber my coolest lucid dream I could fly and do back flips over this big pool. And I had a coolremote control boat i could land on. Anyways, I hope this helps. Goodluck let me know how this works.

What worked for me was just to think about lucid dreaming, especially as I was going to sleep. Try to ask yourself throughout the day--am I dreaming? Put a pad of paper and a pencil by your bed and tell yourself that you will write down your lucid dreams. Hopefully this kind of stuff will work for you. Good luck!

-try drinking 1 (no more) beer or shot right before bed
-the first step is to learn to remember all your dreams, that way, when you have a lucid dream, you will remember it.
-write down your dreams as soon as you wake up. try to remember the last feeling you had, the last thing you saw, etc. usually, if you can remember a small fragment of a dream, you can piece together the entire scenerio
-set your watch alarm to sound every 30 min.
-everytime it beeps take a minute out of your waking day to sincerely ask yourself if you are dreaming. dont do it quickly: read something, turn your head, then read it again.. if it changes you are dreaming.... hopefully
eventually, you will train yourself to do it automatically all the time, even when you sleep. it may take months, but it will happen with dedication. once you can ask yourself if you are dreaming during an actual dream, it wont be that hard to become lucid.

There are 3 suggestions that I think will really elevate your chances of Lucid Dreaming, I know they helped me a lot. 1) Keep a dream journal next to your bed, and upon waking from a dream, or in the morning write down your dreams as vividly as possible, and do this EVERY time you wake. This will help your dream recall tremendously. 2) I put a small piece of tape on my watch that said "Dreaming?" and every time that I looked at my watch(which is 1000 times a day)I would actually take a second to see if I was. By doing this you prime yourself to do it subconsciously as you dream. Sooner or later you will ask yourself If you are dreaming and you will be! 3) Get plenty of sleep. REM periods grow longer as you sleep longer, therefore you are more likely to have a Lucid Dream after 10-12 hours of sleep instead of 7-8.
And finally about what I did in my dreams: lets just say that around 90% of all lucid dreamers enjoy Lucid Sex with his or her dream girl or guy, and why should we argue with numbers, ha ha.
Good luck in your adventures, and remember practice makes perfect.

anything that activates dopamine receptors will make you dream lucidly.
dopamine agonists like Bromocriptine are excellent for me.
