Heavy dose at a concert, smart Idea?

Hey Shroomery,

I was thinking of taking 6 grams of PE dry at a concert with my relatives. I normally am able to handle tripping with ease. They know and don't really care, and one will be sharing in the experience.. Just wondering if this is a smart idea.. Its some crappy classical concert my aunt wants us to come with her on.. I figured this would make it enjoyable..

Hate to be a debbie downer but im gonna say probably not the best idea.  Its gonna be loud and intense, and 6g is a pretty hefty dose.  I really cant enjoy mushrooms with alot of people arround.  I might be biased cause i took a ton of LSD this summer at rothbury one night and had to leave string cheese incident cause it was so intense. It really depends on you tho, you know yourself better than i do.

6 grams of PE in a public place will not end well.  Please reconsider your dose.

YEah i agree...

But as far as the music...If you dont like whats playing...dont do it, you will only hate the trip that much worse, and in my opinion, feel like you are wasting your trip...

(Also i tend to think tripping leaves you mind vulnerable and open, thus being open to change consciously and unconsciously, so i wouldnt want some crummy band affecting my nuro-transmissions) ..idk just a theory, but i believe its VERY accurate, what do you guys think?

But either way..i think it would be a perfect time to trip, that one i would love to have someday...idk i wouldnt eat 6 grams tho...2 if the booms are good.3.5 if there ok..

But i like classical music, and there is so much depth and complexity to it...I think it will be a very enlightening experience!

At a festival or something where you have a home base to go back to, maybe.

Do you really want to be full on questioning the nature of reality and possibly experiencing ego death at a regular concert with family members around.

Thats a huge dose... How experienced are you? I'd take like 3 grams tops,probably 2... but you know your limits better than I do.

To me this is a horrible idea though- epic dose, probably level 4 or 5- at a classical concert (where everyone is super quiet and awkward) with your aunt right next to you. :facepalm:

I'm in agreement with everyone else on this one. Personally I also don't like being around people on mushrooms, unless it's like a nature walk with friends.

Also 6 grams seems like way too much for that setting even if you don't mind being around a bunch of people.

I would say either lower the dose to around 2g or take a couple hits of acid or just get stoned instead. Or better yet, since your with family, go sober.

But if you must be tripping, don't take 6g. That's serious overkill and I doubt it will end well.
