As a child physically dominating someone completely and losing control of my my own consciousness due to a strong urge (strong urge to redose coke is my best description of this feeling) gave me a big little boner.

Doing hedonistic addicting drugs like smack and coke still turn me on, I've never had an orgasm from strictly doing them without stimulation though.
