Is GTFO the new Toadie?

I haven't really been lurking or posting in OTD in the past year and change, I was wondering if this GTFO character was the new OTD celebrity, like Toadie used to be before he moved to a better, more lucrative place.  This GTFO guy gets a lot of attention like toadster, was wondering if he is as histarical as toadie.
