Nope, the CP (cat piss) is a Shroomery original.  I don't remember who started it, but Papaver formalized it with a mock erowid page (5-MeO-W).

Since the original CP joke started on a previous version of the forum which no longer exists, you will have to trust those of that remember it for the history.  Basically, a couple of people were joking about the "me too, me too" posts that start up after somebody mentions a trip or a drug.  They decided to make up a drug and see how many "me too, me too" posts they would get.  Cat piss was chosen as the drug, and the rest is history...
