I need to pick a setting of organisational lived work and use it to illuminate the differences between the hidden and witnessable social orders. Any ideas for what i could use as a setting? I was thinkin like a soccer game would be a good example to elaborate upon.

Erm tell me if im wrong i have had trouble fully understanding sociology for which resons i am unsure lol the sociologies of the hidden social order are things which we all know but are unspoken like when it is your turn to move up in the line you are expected to move up by the people behind you the sociologies of the witnessable social order is things like where everyone knows the rules and its well known and observable like at a four way stop.

That's like saying there is a formal and informal social order.
I would say the army and police are forms of authoritative visible 'formal' social order.
Respect to elders, solidarity with minorities and such are examples of positive 'informal' social order.
Intolerance of outsiders, rebellion against authorities and such are examples of negative 'informal' social order.  :imo:

Hope this is of any use. I'm no sociologist either. Good luck.
