Hm, this is true 100% of the time? Could have sworn that I had read an argument saying that it could be bitter. All of the last "acid" I bought tasted bitter.

i think acid does have a slight "bitterness" but...

it isn't as strong and since the general dosage is so small you usually can't tell, whereas with DOx you can tell the bitterness because there is just more to taste whether it's on blotter, in gelcaps, sugarcubes whatever.

Hm alright.  Has anyone ever noticed a decrease in potency from handling blotter?  Just thinking about the moisture from your hands...  Or is this amount of moisture too small to have any effect?  How wet does blotter have to get to lose potency?

it won't necessarily lose potency, but by handling it too much you could absorb some of it into the pores of your skin, and start things off a little early. lol.
some people will tell you lsd doesn't readily absorb into your skin :stonedjerk: but myself and probably thousands of others will beg to differ, including Albert Hoffman, the man himself. R.I.P.

i don't know how much you really need to handle it, they aren't something to carry around with you to show off or anything, and blotter isn't fun to play with.

just let it sit in a nice cool dark place, preferably inside a plastic bag, and if you have multiple blotter pieces stack them on top of each other so if any does "run" it will only be going into the other sheets.

Yeah, thats sort of what I figured, as long as it isn't handled excessively should be fine huh?  You really think acid could absorb from blotter through skin? I could definitely see it happening with crystal or liquid, but blotter seems like a stretch...

i think it is harder for the blotter to "run", but all the blotter is, is pretty much paper that is either dipped in liquid, or had a drop of liquid placed on each individual square so it is still possible to get some on the skin.

Hm, well I have never noticed any affects from handling LSD blotter... But of course I have never handled LSD blotter because that would be illegal!

It says that LSD glows blue under a black light, but i have had it glow purple almost hot pink one time.

of course... I only speak hypothetically from the point of research.

blotter is highly absorbent, so it tends to hold the liquids very well, but it depends on how saturated it is.

Yeah, that makes sense, plus the liquid that the paper is saturated with is dry by the time you get it, making it more difficult to absorb.  Maybe if your hands were super-sweaty or something.
