2 New IDs
    #11275345 -

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.  I just found these 2 around my yard in the Bay Area, any kind of ID would be great.


1st Mushroom:

Habitat:
This first one was my backyard in a fairly fertile, grassy area, growing in dirt.

Stem:
Length: probably 10-15cm, diameter: 1cm, color: Gray/tan, texture: mushy, but almost woody on the drier ones, thin.

Cap:
Diameter: ~13cm, color: gray/tan, texture: rough/dry, spherical with a nipple.

Spore print color:
Have not taken it, but I can get one whenever.

Bruising:
Little color change, maybe browning?

Other information:
Have a small patch of these in my backyard, here are pics:

2nd Mushroom:

Habitat:
These were growing behind some well-manicured, irrigated bushes.

Stem:
Length: probably 3-8cm, color: orange, texture: mushy, soft, wet, plump.

Cap:
Diameter: ~1cm, color: orange, texture: mushy, soft, almost round.

Spore print color:
Have not taken it, but I can get one whenever.

Other information:
These are tiny, but I assume they just sprouted and will grow more.. pics:
