Amsterdam "smartshops"

Well like lots of other people from the shroomery, I too plan a trip to the "Dam". Thing is it won't be till next year around this time maybe after the new year. I know that I have alot of time between now an then so I want to plan a awsome trip to remember. Now I have heard all types of things from friends etc.. about amsterdam, and I have also read up on it through th net. What I'm lookin for here are some good smartshops to check out while i'am in amsterdamn, along with some of everyone's personal favorite coffee shop or cafe. Please no need for idiots lookin to flame me for another post about amsterdam just looking for different info on smartshops etc... Peace!!!

the bulldog was an excellent coffee shop
consious dreams and chills and thrills are excellent smartshops

i went to amsterdam in last august and now i will go again in 1 month

Bulldog is pretty good. Ricks is pretty good... they have a nice upstairs area that you can sit and watch all the people walking around. Grey Area is kinda small, but has some really good bud. Oh, there is a nice smart shop next to ricks, but I can't remember the name right now. Grey area is kinda hard to find... look for amnesia, and grey area is in the same block, around the corner.

Where can one find one of those smokers guides, that basically map out the city by showing where the shops are. Oh yea since i forgot to ask this question before any sugestions on a good place to stay thats cheap probaly middle grade quality. I found some good deals already one place was the Tulip Inn. thanks again... :smirk:

I like the Greenhouse. It's nice. With some awesome weed and hash.

You can get little touristy maps with all the main coffee shops and stuff on them, and then you just spend your week going from one to the next trying to do the whole map.

Watch out for the crack heads though. The one thing i hate about Amsterdam is all the fucking crackos who won't take no for an answer when you won't buy their filthy coke. Some of them can get quite scary. Maybe by the time you get there they might have rounded them all up and removed them from the streets, i doubt it though.

They arn't running a charity. The fresh mushrooms they sell are chronically expensive.

you can buy in any coffeeshop or even in your hotel's reception the "smoker's guide to amsterdam".it has everything inside!

an excellent hostel is the Vondelpark (it's a few minutes outiside of the center)! i have stayed there and i like it!
take care and beware the dark streets late at night. especially outside of the center

The shrooms are about twelve dolllars per dose. One ounce of fresh cubies, 7-10 copelandias and or 15 grams of dried sclerotia for the same price. Use to be 25 guilders a few years ago which is $12.50 USA but now they are called Euro dollars.

but thats an avere price for a dose. a fresh ounce of P. cubensis is aproximatelty 3 dried grams and that is almost an eight. Here in America an 8th of a dried ounce sells for 20.00 to forty dollars or more depending on where you live and who the ripp off expensive dealer is.

I remember paying $15 for 3g of dried cubies a few years ago, $15 for 1.5g of dried columbians, $15 for 1.5g dried thai.

yeah i remember the same prices too. these aren't expensive! 12-15 euros/us dollaras for a good trip are not a lot!
i'll go again in amsterdam in 1 month! i love this place!

Depends what you call a trip. 3 grams of cubies is a bit on the low side. 5-6g would be more useful so you're talking $30 a trip. You can buy mycelium cakes for less than $30 and they produce anything up to 40 dried grams.

i dont know for sure but i think that most smartshops will still sell dried shrooms, just ask them.

My favourite coffeshops are Rookies and Rokerij, both in the Leidsplien area. Rookies is nice and big for a coffeeshop with good tables and it sells excellent gear. The Rokerij has a moroccon them and is a nice chilled out place.
