which cannabinoid would you say is best for increasing focus at school?

I have no experience with cannabinoids, but I've found that there is a certain sweet spot with some strains that really improves my ability to focus and stay on-task at school. Obviously, if I get too stoned I'm going to be too interested in being in wonderland to focus on the less interesting tasks; sometimes I can concentrate pretty well in that state though, although I often miss some of what was said if internal dialogue is sparked by something interesting.

Perhaps none of the available cannabinoid compounds are very suitable for this, but I thought I would ask. It would be nice to step outside for a laced up cigarette

nothing from a sativa. honestly your best bet is from a rudaralis...if you can find some low ryder or low ryder #2. a very proactive high. i clean my house and workout like crazy when i'm on it. or some blackberry kush (indica) seems to do just fine for me. everything else puts me in a couch lock. and ALL sativas make me want to give up life and stay glued to my TV. hope this helps

it does help, I think I can relate a little...I was hoping for perhaps one of the ones you can order in powder form, but I still appreciate the input. Thanks :yesnod:

usually indicas make me stuck on the couch, and sativas give me energy.

but either way.

I'm not sure, since I don't have the option to choose a wide variety of strains.

but regardless, weed helps, especially when a subject is so demanding, it helps u relax, and do ur thang.

THC.

Sativa is stimulant; too much for me.
Indica is a relaxant; I love it.

As where indicas give some people couchlock they put those who are normally high-wound/anxious into a relaxed meditative state of bliss.

As where sativas make some people productive they put those who are normally anxiety ridden into a panic attack.

Different types are meant for different folks.

i don't have it mixed up. its subjective. sativas give me a body high and i can see how some people will have more energy, but for me it just makes me so happy that i don't care about doing anything but vegging out. most indicas make me WANT to do something proactive but CANT because my body wont let me. i read what i wrote and am sticking by it. my mind is more powerful than my body, and even though my body may want to do something, if my mind says NO then the mind typically wins.  but my dad is a card holder and he is the opposite of me. sativas make him take the dog for a walk or go gold panning. so really its just how your body reacts. also eating ganja typically has a slower onset and less dramatic peak, so getting shit done after eating a green cookie or brownie is a little easier than after you take two FAT bong rips. like i said this isn't the answer just my opinion. to one his own

when im stoned i have ADD and cant do HW i would rather ride or dig or POI or something. sativa stimulates activity for me. Indica good movie or eating high.

yeah, I'm more like this myself. it helps me concentrate in class also. The exception is when I haven't smoked in a long time, then I'm just too tripped out and my mind is full of things that transcend school so it's not so helpful. But especially once I've developed a little tolerance, it works wonders to help.
