I fondly recall my early days as a lad; running through the bramble of a blackberry field, my hair flowing in the brisk wind, berry juice running down my chin as I couldn't help but shriek with laughter.

Life was easier back then.  Simple, even.

A lot has changed since then, Jesus, I've changed.  You know that saying "You can never go home"

Well goddammit does it pertain to this case. 

I like kumquats the best. :thumbup:

Neither. My allegiance lies with the almighty SASKATOON BERRY.

This amazing berry can only be enjoyed fresh, as freezing causes the flavor to change very badly. And even though it looks EXACTLY like a blueberry, it is not genetically related! The Saskatoon is in reality a member of the rose family!

And it's the only berry I've puked on due to gorging myself!

i like blackberries more than blueberries...

though, i must say...no one has mentioned cloudberries! cloudberries are really fucking awesome and make great jam.

also, there's nothing like the taste of wild strawberries in teh summer...so so sweet

Well, I'm not about to read this whole damn thread. I've been sitting here reading these forums for nearly 4 hours now and my eyes hurt.

But anyway, I've never had a blackberry, so I guess I have to say blueberry.
