isohunt... or torrentz. Sometimes I just go to google and type in what I want (Nirvana torrent search) and a bunch come up. I also use Azureas or now called Vuze I guess.

whats the difference...actually this is going to sound dumb but whats a torrent? ive always used limewire and knock on wood havent had any problems with it

i prefer mininova.org a lot also thepiratebay.org.. but piratebay's search system sometimes brings up allkinds of irrelevant torrents, so i use mininova first. the client i use is uTorrent. limewire sucks dick unelss youre downloading a single song.

I've never tried mininova, I'll check it outt. But yea, Limewire does suck.

Demonoid and Torrents.ru are hands down the best torrent sites - Demonoid is down, sadly.

Limewire sucks because the entire concept of this P2P method is bad... Hence similar variants such as Frostwire are no better.

but you gotta do some digging to get the free version...it's still there somewhere though

try beemp3 or mp3 raid.
they are quick and easy, nothing to download but your music and, no spy or adware
that is so common with torrents and limewire or other p2p software.

what.cd has anything you could ever imagine in high quality and in many versions, you just need to maintain a ratio and get an actual invite

Torrent sites like Demonoid, Mininova, The Pirate Bay are good.

The only P2P program I use is Soulseek. It's great for more underground, indie, not-mainstream music of just about any genera.

And if you're in to Japanese music, go to Gentou.

what.cd is by far the best music source I've ever discovered. (Yes, I like it even better than Oink these days) and I've been moving files around the internet since before most of you were born. Newsgroups are a good place also, but it's less interactive. Although with the invention of NZBs, their accessability has increased dramatically.

The deal with what.cd is though that you have to be a pretty legit trader. They enforce their rules very strongly, but it makes it a great site where I don't have to put up with a lot of bullshit torrent.
