Most people don't look at your pupils very much to notice first of all. Secondly if they were big and they noticed it's much less likely they'd even ask you about it. Most people don't assume you are on drugs when they see you have big pupils. Most people assume you're on drugs because you're acting like you're on drugs, period. If you see someone with bloodshot eyes do you automatically think they're high, or do you guage the rest of their demeaner and then think they're high? I'm betting it's the later.

Most drugs the affects are going to be noticeable. Psychedelics don't work this way though since they essentially just change your thought patterns, and while they give you more creative energy of sorts, and the ability to enjoy things more, you are very rarely forced to act on that. You can choose how to respond to everything, sometimes even more so then when sober since you are receiving more information.
