It should work great, but that looks like a lifetime supply for half the shroomery.

I don't see why not, but those rolls (smaller versions, anyway) start at $175. I'd imagine a roll that size would be about $500, though I didn't see anyone selling that type exactly. If you're going through that much tyvek (or want to use it for trades/sell it), I suppose it'd be a good investment.

Look for Tyvek paper, or tyvek envelopes. Either should be available from an office supply place.

i could tyvek my apartment and everything in it with that much tyvek.
i mean yeah it will do the trick..but if that is all you can find then dont buy it..
did i mention that is a shitload of tyvek?
