I like a good 4 grams of rue to make sure my trip is nice and long.  But we all have different bodies, constitutions, and reactions, so make sure to experiment.

im gonna give it another try in about a week. i REALY love preparing it. it was realy meaningful and joyful experience even though i had a premature purge

i dunno about you but do you start feeling it course thru your body while preparing it? thats generally the case wieth me and my people

nah that works ... iso  doesnt leave anything residue behind it evaporates clean the other 30 % is water ... which isnt harmful and which you can evaporate
