I've had Hocus Pocus before,
but since hIPA is a seasonal brew,
I could never put my hands on one.:frown:

Munster, Indiana.
Their signature brew is Dark Lord, a
RIS supposedly one of the best beers in the
world.

Rogue has very good beers, although there is
something I don't like about their yeast.
It's the pacman yeast...

Never had utopia, so I don't know 'bout that.

Russian Imperial Stout.

You can only buy it at the brewery tour,
or once a year @ the Dark Lord festival.

http://www.threefloyds.com/dspDarkLord.html

If you find it on eBay they go for about
$50 for a 22oz bomber.

Have you had any of the unibroue beers?  They are so good.  Kinda pricey,  Like 15 bucks for a 4 pack but well worth the cash

Sure I've had.
The La Fin Du Monde is one of my favorite
Tripels.
Also Trois Pistoles, and Don De Dieu are fine beers,
However when it comes to their line of
fruit beers (and they have A LOT),
I'll pass...

Their cider was OK but I'm overall not a big fan of the Unibroue, actually.

Up here in Canada we have to take what we can get....not many craft brews coming up from the states unfortunately.

As a side note, due to popularity on some boards I tried the Three Floyd's Gumball Head clone recipe.  THAT ended up as one tasty brew.

As for favorite beer....
yeah right I could never pick one.

Fat tire is by far my favourite session beer.  I really like Spaten Optimator from munich for dopplebochs.  There's so many great local beers here in Wisconsin... New Glarus Spotted cow, Fat Squirrel.  Central waters out of Amherst makes a good mud puppy porter and glacial trail IPA.  O'so brewing is a brewery that started out as a homebrew and hydroponic supply shop, but within the last couple of years they started their brewery and are now making some awesome beers.

No one mentioned Dogfish Head yet? :wtf:

The 90 minute IPA is :awesome:. I also just tried the Indian Brown Ale and it's delicious!

In full agreement on Stone... There is almost always a bomber bottle of Arrogant Bastard in my fridge. :smirk: My inside man at the beer store is gonna hold me some Double Bastard when it comes out in November. :yesnod:
