Can I use Cranberry juice insted of water to make a tea ? And if yes should I boil it or even cold its gonna extract the goodies ? and How many Time I should left the shroom in the juice ?

Just eat the mushrooms and wash down with cranberry juice. :thumbup: Sounds delicious and uncomplicated!

Personally I wouldn't boil fruit juices you'll probably develop a bitter taste after 10-15 minutes of boiling.

Just boil in water as five successive extractions, a tea bag, fresh ginger root and sweeten with honey. One of my favourite brews.

Wrong forums, man.

If you're interested in some organic mushroom tea, just grind them into a powder with a coffee grinder or grinder of sorts and drop a few tbs in and stir it. Make sure the powder is very fine so it does not clump and be extra careful not to inhale any of the dust that might fly up when you lift the lid. I hear it can make you sneeze or really f'ing trip out from breathing it in..... One of the two. :wink:

we always made cool-aid, boiling wont hurt them at all some of the best trips ive ever had was drinking them.
