Mushroom Tea

I was just wondering how to make shroom tea, I have been doing shrooms for awhile now, and I just heard about shroom tea... No one told me how to make it tho :(

Grind the dried shrooms. I used a regular blender tipped at a 45 degree angle. This keeps the particles from settling.

Put a coffee cup full of water in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Add powder and wait for about 3 minutes to steep.

Drink!

I didn't bother to filter nor add any flavorings as I don't have a problem with the taste.

However, I do not like the tea method. It comes on like lightning (5 minutes if your stomach is empty), hits like a freight train (I always trip solo, but was forced to call a friend as a sitter, I was so overwhelmed when the room tipped sideways like the Titantic sinking) and is over in about 90 minutes.

For me, an experienced psychonaut, it was NOT fun, but a grit-your-teeth and bare it experince until it was over. Your MMV.

If you must try it, drink very slowly and much less than you think you need. I used about 2.5 grams and only drank half a cup.

Umm, 90min seems much shorter than my experiences. (I've used tea (filtered) as my preferred admin for quite a while). It does come on a lot quicker though. And it can also come on very strong too, depending on amount and how fast you drink it. 3g as tea usually comes on in 15min and goes about 5hrs. Drink slowly.

come on can range from 5-15min depending on how full your stomach is/was. Usually last shorter then just eating. But best way to go is making capsuls, man i'm never going back to anything but.

If you have fresh mushrooms here is my favorite recipe.
Using bottled water, use a flavored tea bag. I prefer rasberry or any berry flavor. Add in a cinammon stick, orange peel, mint leave, a little sugar and honey. Heat this up real good, simmer, dont let it roll to high boil because you dont want extremly hot water on the mushrooms. Psilocybin and Psilocin break down at 140F.
In a seperate cup, have your freshly harvested cubensis. Add in tea water, cover, let sit for 5 minutes and serve. Sip tea.. then eat mushrooms at bottom of cup when finished.
Everyone seems to love this mushroom tea at parties. One of the nicest things i've noticed about it is their is very little anxiety from the mushrooms, the vibe comes on real slow and smooth.

I would reccomend against useing any heat, instead:
use a spicemill (coffie grinder works fine) to grind your cracker dry dose into powder. Add afformentioned powder to orange juice, ice tea, etc. stir, drink.
as allways, fasting beforehand (~24h) is also reccomended.
