-pressure cook at 15 psi for 1 hour.
-6500k or higher, or right in front of a window.
-use brown rice flour, not the actual rice.
-the room temperature will determine your fc temp and humidity is controlled by perlite and misting.
21-27c for colonization, same will be fine for fruiting. Try to mimic nature, drop the temps a bit if you want. always stay above 21c. 99% humidity is best, perlite will do this on it's own.
-a 20cc syringe can make 20 half pints or more, depending on what you do with it.
-last thing, be patience and don't cut any fucking corners!
