Usually about a week at 70 deg temps but if lower it may be slower.

I shot my jars up at 4:20 on 12-22 and right now all,but 2 have started to grow. One has a dime sized patch at 84dg F

I have used liquid mycelium injection off and on for years. Using cubensis mycelium and rye grain substrate it has always taken 2 to 4 days to see results at 86 degrees. If your using a rice and vermiculite substrate it may take longer.

Right Shroom Mage, with liquid mycelium you should see signs of growth in 36-48 hrs.
