what exactly is the point of the law banning all flavored tabacco products to get rid of some of the appeal to kids, when  the new simpson episode is a halfhour long smoking commercial with kids smoking and so many points where someone would say something real smoothly like taste the flavor

Idk man, I think the next generation of people are turning away from tobacco  products.

I would be kinda pissed I smoke hollowed out cigars filled with pot. The grape's are good lol.

Shouldn't the same logic apply to flavored condoms?

The point is, it makes a politician look good in front of his friends and the public. Government is a business where politicians make money by finding bad people to spend money, tax, and incarcerate.
Occasionally the politicians get outed for who they are, but usually they just live in closets trying to pull people in with them for the assraping DNKYD mentioned.

yeah, there has to be better ways to curb underage smoking, treat those 7/11s that sell to minors like any drug dealer who sells to kids. then it will be up to the parents to actually keep their kids from stealing their smokes (thats how most of my friends started anyways)

personally tho, I am glad they didnt have candy or fruit flavored smokes when I was in middle school. one of the reasons I never picked up the habit is b/c cigs taste and smell so goddam awful.
