Help me on identifying this cannabis (?)

Hi all.
I found it on a park at my neighbourhood.
It smells like cannabis/mint.
Took many pictures.
Please help me identifying.
I AM NOT SURE IF IT'S A CANNABIS.
Is it smokable?

no it's growing at an opne area. you can see the bench and a car in the pictures.

i researched from wikipedia, and yes, it is definitely NOT cannabis.
no i won't smoke it.

What does knowing where you live have to do with it? I'm smart enough to know some garden variety plant from cannabis. And what's more, I know the real deal isn't going to be growing in plain sight in the middle of a fucking park, no matter where you live.

You made the thread. With a stupid question like that you should expect some guff. I'd love to see you in a horticulture program's plant ID class. Every other day it'd be "is this cannabis?!"
