Well, she can certainly draw photographs really well.  Is that all she does?

Not sure, Im am sure she can probably draw anything. I am an artist and if you can draw that well from a photo you can draw anything. Even if the art teachers say you must draw from life. Shit on that

Check out her dad. His paintings will blow your mind!

She has great technique, but nothing that I'd say really stands out too well.

She is quite pretty though.

My feelings exactly.
She's a cute girl with a famous dad, so people tolerate her artsy pretentiousness. I for one couldn't make it through half the video.
Drawing from a photograph is not very hard. It's one step above tracing.

Tens of thousends of nameless commercial artists all over the world are slaving away in shitty ad agencies doing similar or better work than this. (At least technically as proficient) I'm not saying that it's bad work, but personally I find it a bit mechanical, bland. Timid little cross hatchings don't do it for me. Where are the bold confident strokes? Where's the stylizing of form? Where's the soul in this work? At least that's what missing for me.

QFT
There is most definitely some soul lacking in the piece she was drawing.
The most soulful thing was the video, because she fused her sexuality with the artistic process. She slows it down as she grinds the pencil to sharpness, or flirts a bit with the camera, etc. And I'm not even sure she was the video editor

It's just hard to watch someone draw from a photo and get an exhibit for it, while there are LOTS of other people who can reproduce that work. It just strikes out at me as a "look what having a famous Daddy can do for ya!"
