Its only been two weeks.  A relationship with a woman is far from the most important thing in your life.  As you have discovered, they come and go.

Reading, taking care of yourself, re-establishing a relationship with nature, and real introspection are needed.  This is a sudden change and instead of looking for someone else to fill the void, you should work on filling it yourself. 

You're on the right track.  What kind of books are you reading?  I'll be able to recommend some literature if you are interested.  Do you own a bicycle?  Backpack?  Notebook?

Self-confidence comes from the self.  It is not determined by outside factors.  Either you believe in yourself or you do not.  If you can surround yourself with people who appreciate you you definitely should.  But putting the burden of your self on just one person will prove a very difficult task and if you are successful you are giving one person a lot of power over your emotions.

I think your reactions are indicative of the fact that you aren't ready for a relationship right now.  You should trust what comes natural and continue working on self-improvement.

don't worry about what girls you think are cool or fun to be around. instead just go fuck some bar sluts for a while, fuck the whole rainbow if you can. Thats what I did and it helped me tell the difference between a girl that  is actually cool and a girl I just wanted to bone.

Do not look at yourself as cursed.  The fact that you are not promiscuous and unwilling to engage in meaningless sex is a value.

Stop focusing on the lack of a woman.  It doesn't seem like anything but bad thoughts come from it right now. 

So you got a workout routine and a book.  You think you are a better person than you were two weeks ago because of that?  Self-realization takes real work.  It also takes a willingness to face fear.
