grinding your teeth

i do this lots, especailly when i  roll, and i wake up the day after

i rolled on like 4 MDMA last night, and now i wake up this morning and now my teeth are so sensitive when i put my jaw together i can feel my top row hittting this nerve on my bottom row and my teeeth go up and down really fast as if my chattering



fuck it hurts

i remember this one time i rolled i was doing it soooo hard and so long
just thinking about it makes me want to but i feel like it swells up my jaw for a while

I get jaw clenching really bad, but my gf grinds her teeth in her sleep and its quite possible one of the worst sounds to try to fall asleep next to.

My Tourette's Causes me to do it! It sucks. I get a little better at subduing it everyday, though.

It's not good for your teeth.


Chew gum it's less harmful to your teeth than grinding the shit out of them.

I don't know if I grinded my teeth but I definitely clenched on meth, I would get bad fucking feelings on my tongue and side of my cheeks when I came down.

i never really got the grinding thing, i always had gum when rolling...but the next day it felt like the roof of my mouth was getting vacuum-sucked up into my brain...painful
