I grind my teeth into nothingness

im suprised they're still there


my molars are mad short

i know they didnt start that way


ever since i got into psychs my jaw has been in a constant clench


id say bout 6 years goin on seven


worst is when im sleeping

actually its bad all day


i want to stop

but i have to conciously remind myself every second not to bite down

go to any drug store and buy a grind guard, for like $10.



I grind too if i recently took stimulants or im under stress...

Dude, same.

I don't really "grind" them but I like tap my teeth usually just on the right side.  I don't know why I do it but I do, and sometimes I'll do it without noticing for a while, like to the beat of music, and then people around me look at me all annoyed and I'm just like my bad...

sometimes though my jaw gets REALLY clenchy, for no reason and I have to either stretch it hardcore or chew on something.

what is grinding the teeth? how hard are you actually grinding them together?

i wonder sometimes if i grind my teeth, if im bored i will rattle my teeth together just to make the sound in my head. Is that teeth grinding? what about if i move my teeth back and forth like they are kinda sliding/griding but its not hard pressure. I never make that weird sound in my head from super hard pressure grinding.

ya if ur a high strung person ull have bruxism

my gf used to always complain to me that she couldnt sleep b/c of it

and i also kick a lot in my sleep

energy is a curse

i recently made a post about this too. i cant believe how much i grind my teeth. its mainly at night while im asleep though.

any of you get the headaches in the morning?

You could grind your teeth incessantly until only either your top or bottom row remains... but that doesn't stop ya.... you keep on grinding through your gums eventually leading to infection, and death :awesome:

I do this too.  I'm convinced I do it mostly while working out and lifting heavy.

I've ground away a good part of several teeth.  Basically, I'll need some teeth extracted and dental implants in the next few years.  I'm trying out a mouth guard when working out to prevent it.  After just a few days, I think that within a relatively short period of time I'm going to bite through the guard, which now puts it into perspective how hard I'm biting.
