Teeth Grinding

It's 7 AM for me and I'm chillin in my dorm. I'm just starting to come down of a night of yay, and I can't stop grinding my teeth. I forgot to buy gum at the store and I'm too lazy to go out. Any recommendations to chill my teeth the fuck out?

Or maybe you could answere his question and let him make that decision.

Get something rubber, I prefer rubber bands. It taste not to good at first but goes away.Tooth pick or straws work to. Get a little alchohol in your system if you really need to.
