Wisdom Teeth

So I got my wisdom teeth taken out this morning. I was hoping to get high sometime later tonight, until I found out that smoking isn't a good idea unless I want to be in another week of pain. Is there an easy way to make tea with bud? Or anything else that would be really easy to eat ...

I don't know if you saw my thread earlier this week. I had mine taken out on Friday morning. I went to the bar and drank heavily on Saturday night and started smoking on Sunday morning.

I haven't had any problems yet. It does hurt a little to suck on the bowl. That doesn't stop me from my normal habits.

The difficulty with smoking is the suction, pulling clots out, and introducing particles and contaminants into the mouth. I wouldn't smoke a cig or a joint or something that you really have to pull on. A pipe, bong or bubbler should be ok.

I do the saltwater rinse after I smoke, and I've got some primo bud that I don't need more than a few hits of.

I don't think this will help you tonight, maybe if you had posted in advance...suction is what you have to worry about(gj Nash) and the best way to go is a gravity bong or something else that does the sucking for you.

This is what you can do to smoke, its what i did when i got mine taken out: Roll your tongue and stick it out of your mouth slightly, and hit the pipe using your tongue as a tube to your throat. Your teeth are not touched by any smoke at all. Sure it looks a bit strange, but its worth it to avoid the pain =)

I don't think dry sockets are really a problem unless you're teeth were impacted.

none of mine were and I was out drinking the next night.

right on, mine were fully exposed, came out real easy... they still hurt though now.

Hey AJE,
Eating MJ requires some sort of oil/butter to dissolve the actives.
After eating, it takes two hours to max, and lasts 8 hours.
Also, while smoking one gram of 'mids' might get you high, it would take at least an eighth of mids in cooking to get super super blasted.
This is NOT dosage advice

You should try eating some bud.  Here are some quick recipies to try.

-Scooby Snacks-

Take some bud. About what you would use in a joint and grind it. Mix it with 2 table spoons of Peanut Butter that has been heated in the microwave for 30 seconds.  Do not mix until it has been in the microwave(or you will ruin your bud).  Let it sit for an hour. 

Spread on Graham crackers and enjoy!

-MJ Milk Tea-

Warm some milk and add a joints worth of MJ.  Let it sit in a warm dry place for 30 minutes (the longer the better).  Then mix in green tea and add honey to taste. 

Good for sipping.

BTW my teeth just popped out like a week ago.  Both came in at the same time. 

Made my mouth smell  :crazy:
