Need help to ID these Boomers

I found these growing in my friends backyard in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Early August.
Spores are black as you can see, any information would be great ^.^

I can't say if the are toxic, although they might be.  They also are not hallucinogenic, if that's what you were wondering.  You shouldn't eat them.

Most likely (Coprinellus micaceus) which is nonactive edible specie.  Check the link and see what you think.  :peace::redpanda:

Yeah, that's what i thought when i first looked like them

they grown on/around decaying wood and stuff
