ID Request

I found this mushrooms on a horse field, they were all growing out of horse pies the pasture was at 1000 m altitude, location slovenia
-gills color : grayish when old, white when young
-caps: light yellow when young, grayish when older , sperical cap mostly yellow or light yellow at the top white or gray at the edge of the cap
-stem 11 cm long, capm 2.5 cm wide with young mushroom and 4 cm wide when older
-spore print: kind of dark purple to black
-brusing: when bruised there was no blueing reaction
-texture: moist

In your 1st pic, towards the back,one has a nipple on it. This one looks like a Stropharia semiglobotus. The others could be as well with them growing in horse manure. I find those all the time. Not active though. Wait for a good id from one of the moderators though. This is just my guess.

Nice ID newAK. Stropharia semiglobata sounds like a match.
It could also be Psilocybe coprophila.

Either way, it's a nonactive mushroom... But it's the right habitat for some actives :smile:

Opps sorry about the spelling. Didn't look that one up for the spelling. Just thought it looked right though. (the mushrooms that is)

Stropharia semiglobata certainly looks right. this is a verry common mushroom.

i have a friend in northern cali who keeps bringing these to me asking if they're cubensis, heh.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

Noordeloos placed this species in genus Psilocybe. So the latest name of this mushroom is Psilocybe semiglobata.
