i prefer actual butter. the uk version i cant belive its not butter tastes like ass compared to clover

hydrogenated oils are man-made and are much worse for you than cholesterol. If it werent for hydrogenated oils your body would handle vast amounts of cholesterol much better

idk, I don't know much about butter, I get margarine myself, I just make sure to get the kinds that don't have hydrogenated oils. BTW cholesterol is really not half as bad for you as they say. They say that arteriosclerosis is a build-up of cholesterol in the blood vessels, but what MAKES it bad is hydrogenated oils, one that I forget (possibly saturated fats?), lack of exercise...aaaaaaand...tada...CHLORINATED WATER. Of course I'm not suggesting to be careless about cholesterol, but just wanted to inform that cholesterol is not the enemy, it's the things that prevent your body from dealing with cholesterol how it should.
