Very true. Guess I should have made it clear that they are colonized with Cubensis. I know for a fact because I cut off at least one cube off each patty. One of them has 4 cube pins growing out of it Yay! I can go to a field 10 miles from my house and leave with a lb or two anytime, just wanted to have some growing outside. I also have like a lb or two dried put up as well. Greedy, I know. :p

You can also make a spore slurry with the gills to mix with fresh manure.

If you find old, dried out nasty mushrooms, take them and make spore slurry with them.

Great advise. Will do. I frequently, upon getting back from a field, have a few that are not up to my standards and I just throw them away. Will do what you said instead.
