That's what EVERYONE says about Sound Tribe.

I agree that their older stuff is better than their newer PeaceBlaster stuff. But they still put on a sick show.

My first time seeing Sound Tribe was this year so I can't compare their current shows to their older shows. But even if their older shows were 'better', STS9 is still killin' it. I love Sound Tribe.

I can't wait. This will be my 4th time seeing STS9 this year.

They are a great band and can really get a crowd going when they've got an on-night, which is most of the time. However, their off nights REALLY blow. I got to see them for 20 dollars in that venue too, it was an amazing deal.

To whoever said they aren't who they used to be... they are, but they've had a few under-performing acts lately, that's for sure. At Rothbury they were about as off as I've ever seen them. I built them up to all of my friends who had never heard of them, then brought them in, and after 30 minutes couldn't stand it anymore.

but that HOB show, they were completely on, their music was fast, transitions were smooth, and it was an all night dance off extravaganza.

Whats wrong with new people liking a band? In my opinion, its the wooks/people there just to get fucked up that hurt the scene.

I know a majority of the youngings at fests suck, but hey we don't all buy into that getting your wings pinned bs.

I'm only 20, and I go strictly for the music, everything else is just party favors.

Have fun at Tribe, I missed their show at Roth this year, but they killed it last year.
